When you register, we collect your email address, username, and any profile information you choose to provide (bio, location, links). When you submit an application, we store your statement and any portfolio files you upload.

We log standard server access data (IP addresses, request times) for operational purposes. We do not use analytics trackers or advertising cookies.

How we use it

Your data is used solely to operate Creative Union — to manage your membership, facilitate the vouch process, and allow members to communicate. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

Storage

Data is stored on servers in the EU. Uploaded media files are stored in S3-compatible object storage. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time.
